Providing care post birth, helping to make a smooth transition to parenthood, so you can bond to the fullest with your baby and recover.
Tasks included are:
- laundry
- tidying up
- meal prep
- holding and feeding the baby (if bottle feeding) during the day so you can rest and shower, and caring for baby at night so you can rest
- provide resources for additional postpartum needs
