About

Danielle Cincoski CD (DONA) is a birth doula and placenta encapsulator residing in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Her husband Joe, is a small animal veterinarian, and also has his own practice, specializing in animal chiropractic care. They have 4 children: Charles (10), Graham (9), Coral (5), and Gemma (2). The boys were hospital births, and the girls were home water births!

Danielle is currently an active member, and a former Parent Topic Night Coordinating board member of The Childbirth Collective, a doula intern graduate of The Minnesota Birth Center, former birth doula with the Ilythia Project, former birth doula with The Philomena House, and a former birth and grief/loss doula with Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN.

Becoming a Doula

After the thrilling birth experience with my boys at St. Johns Hospital, I became passionate about helping families strive for their best birth possible. Having had tough pregnancies, due to Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), I realized there are many ways to support a person during their birthing time. There are so many options for labor and how to experience birth. I wanted to help families achieve their birthing goals and navigate parenthood.

In my free time when I am not "doulaing", I love to be outdoors with my kids, swimming in the lake, hanging out at our cabin In Emily MN, and fishing trying to catch the BIG one!
